Want to make better planning choices? Then start with the basics: insight into performance. With the new review functionality in Fleks, you can easily collect structural feedback about employees after each shift worked. This allows you to focus on quality, reliability and results.
With this new expansion within Fleks:

When creating a shift, you add a reviewer - for example, an on-site team leader. Once the shift is completed and the employee is registered as worked, the reviewer automatically receives an email requesting feedback.

You can also add or modify a reviewer for existing services afterwards. Fleks will then still send the request, as long as it is within 14 days of the service.
Note that clients only see the average score, not the explanations.
In sectors such as security, healthcare, traffic and education, quality is essential. Thanks to structural feedback, you know exactly who you are deploying where - and why. That saves time, prevents errors and increases the reliability of your planning.
