The time registration page within Fleks

Within time registration, all hours worked and costs of your employees are registered. Here we have the following four components, namely incomplete, open, accepted and processed hours.

Incomplete: This means that work has been done, but the last steps of the workflow within the mobile app have not yet been completed. For example, the declaration or the hours have not yet been entered.
Open: The shift has been worked and the employee has completed the last steps. You as a planner only have to check and approve the hours before they can be paid out.
Accepted: The shift has been fully completed and you as the planner have 'accepted' the hours. Only the payment still has to be started. In this section you can also change things that are not correct.
Processed: The service's wages have been processed and you can change the status of the hours from 'accepted' to 'processed'. You are finished. On to the next time registration!
