Send an email to Fleksy
Send a message to fleksy@fleks.works with the most important information. Fleksy automatically recognizes: date, time, number of employees, position or role, location, workflow, or internal code. As soon as your email arrives, Fleksy immediately creates a new shift. You can find this under Review shifts.

Fleksy introduces employees
Fleksy checks who is eligible for the service. Employees are linked directly based on their name, employee number, or email address. Example display in Fleks: 100 percent match. Selected 100 percent match. Not yet selected 100 percent match. Proposal for filling the position You can change or add employees, or accept the proposal immediately.

The service is ready
Once you have approved it, the shift is fully scheduled. Employees receive the shift in the app and you can continue with your work immediately. No extra steps. No double work.
