Linking Fleks and Quickstart

Description of the coupling

With Fleks you can easily link with Snelstar Based on hours worked, it is possible to create a concept invoice in Snelstart. From there you can complete the invoice and send it to the customer.

If the customer needs to approve the hours first, you can send a cost summary to the customer first. The customer can approve or reject this statement. After approval, an invoice can be automatically created for it.

How does coupling work?

To set up your Quick Start integration, you need a Quick Start account. On Fleks' connection portal (app.connections.fleks.works), you can activate the link by pressing authorize from the settings.

Once the systems are linked, you need to link the data in both systems. In the portal, you can link a relation from Snelstart to a client from Fleks.

Then you can add specific invoice information for each client, such as separate invoice lines or invoices by project, client, or purchase number.
