Linking Fleks and NMBRS.

Description of the coupling

Fleks allows you to easily interface with Visma Nmbrs so that data is exchanged automatically. For example, employee data such as employee numbers, NAWTE data and contract information are kept the same in both systems. This avoids duplication of work in two systems and reduces errors in payroll processing.

How does coupling work?

To set up your Visma Nmbrs integration, you need a Visma Nmbrs username and token. How to create this token is explained in this article:https://support.nmbrs.nl/hc/nl/articles/360010686800-Connect-Nmbrs-with-an-API-token

You can enter the token on Fleks' connection portal (app.connections.fleks.works).

Once the systems are linked, you need to link the data in both systems. The linking portal will suggest which employees are the same based on the e-mail address.

You can choose to link contract types so that you can immediately see in Fleks whether an employee has an active contract during the shift for which you want to schedule the employee.

When an employee joins or leaves service, the employee is automatically created or archived in Fleks. When the employee is created in Fleks, you can choose whether the created user should receive an invitation directly from Fleks.
