Want to make better choices when planning? Then start with the basics: insight into performance. With the new review functionality in Fleks, you can easily collect structural feedback about employees after each shift worked. This allows you to focus on quality, reliability, and results.
What can you do with the review functionality?
With this new expansion within Fleks:
Collect your ratings from 1 to 5 stars
Can reviewers add an optional explanation?
Gain insight into average performance per employee
Can you see this information immediately when planning?
In short: one central place to monitor performance and apply it to your planning.
How does it work?
When creating a shift, you add a reviewer—for example, a team leader on site. Once the shift is complete and the employee is registered as having worked, the reviewer automatically receives an email requesting feedback.
The reviewer can:
Give a rating from 1 to 5 stars
Add a brief explanation (optional)
Skip the review if there is no input
You can also add or change a reviewer for existing services after the fact. Fleks will then send the request, as long as it is within 14 days of the service.
Where can you find the reviews?
✅ When planning: you can immediately see the average score per employee
✅ In the planner: when selecting personnel
✅ On the employee profile: all collected reviews clearly arranged together
Please note: clients only see the average score, not the explanations.
Why this works for your planning
Quality is essential in sectors such as security, healthcare, transportation, and education. Thanks to structural feedback, you know exactly who you are deploying where—and why. This saves time, prevents errors, and increases the reliability of your planning.
Activate this feature?
The review functionality is not a standard feature of Fleks. You can request it free of charge via your contact person, or simply send us a message.
