Switch smarter: link and switch accounts in Fleks.
Do you work with multiple organizations or teams in Fleks?
Then you know how useful it is to keep everything organized. But having to log in again and again to switch environments... that takes time and causes unnecessary hassle. With the latest update in Fleks, that's a thing of the past.
You can now link multiple accounts and easily switch between organizations directly from the app. Why this feature? Many planners, managers, and employees use Fleks for multiple companies or projects. Think of an employee who works for two clients, or a planner who manages different locations.
Until now, that meant logging out, logging back in, and hoping you had the right password handy. There's a smarter way. With the new feature, you link your accounts once, then switch between organizations with a single click.
How does it work?
Go to your profile in your Fleks app or web environment.
Press and hold your profile photo at the bottom right of the navigation bar, or go to your profile and select "Switch account."
Log in once with your second account.
Done! You can now easily switch between accounts.
That way, you no longer have to remember which account belongs where: Fleks takes care of it for you.
