How the Trengo integration with Fleks works

With the integration between Fleks and Trengo, employee information is immediately available within your communication flows.

For every employee in Fleks, a profile and two separate contacts are automatically created in Trengo: one for the phone number and one for the email address. This way, it’s immediately clear which employee is involved with every incoming message, providing better context and faster follow-up.

In addition, you can start a chat in Trengo directly from the employee profile in Fleks. At the same time, a link to the Fleks profile is placed in Trengo, allowing you to quickly access all relevant employee data in both systems.

Once the integration is fully set up, you can also send a WhatsApp template message directly from Fleks to an employee, mentioning an open shift. If the employee responds positively, they are automatically scheduled.
